Partnership Dissolution
Our Commercial Team handle various non-contentious partnership dissolutions each year.
It is an unfortunate fact however that matters are not always straight forward with arguments sometimes arising as to work in progress, the value of capital assets, interpretation of partnership agreements and even secret profits. Where this occurs our Commercial and Litigation Teams work together. Commercial handle the non-contentious drafting of the Deed of Dissolution, whilst litigation address the contentious points whether through negotiation or Court proceedings (often for an account).
