London Office

Although we are predominantly a Surrey based firm, a great deal of our new instructions lead to us advising and representing clients in the High Court, London.

We cover all areas of work undertaken by the High Court including dispute resolution, probate, bankruptcy and family to name but a few. A number of our lawyers have City backgrounds and before joining us conducted the majority of their cases before all Divisions of the High Court and also the Court of Appeal.

We consider ourselves to be leading solicitors in both London and Surrey and are happy to accept instructions from both clients with cases in the High Court (of whatever nature), as well as solicitors nationwide who wish us to assist them on an agency basis.

Because we conduct such a large amount of business in the High Court and Family Registry, from 1st January 2010 we moved our London office from Old Bailey to 218 The Strand, which is directly opposite the High Court and within a stones throw of the Family Registry. This means that we are ideally placed to cater for all of our clients' needs.

The advantage our clients have, of course is that they have the benefit of London solicitors but at Surrey rates!
