Children's Accident Claims

If your child has suffered an injury and someone else was to blame, they may be entitled to compensation.

Your child could have been injured in a road traffic accident, while on holiday, in a public place such as in a park, at school or at a swimming pool.

You can bring a claim any time before a child’s 21st birthday, however, it is best to contact us as soon as possible because, for example, witnesses memories fade. If your child’s claim is successful, they will not receive their compensation until their 18th birthday. It will be held in a savings account until that time.
