- What does “No win, No fee” mean?
“No win, No fee” or a "conditional fee agreement" means that if you are successful with your claim, we claim our basic legal costs from the other party. If you are unsuccessful with your claim, we do not receive any payment.
If you are unsuccessful with your claim and court proceedings have been issued, you may have to pay the other party’s costs, but we can arrange legal expenses insurance to cover you against this risk.
You may already have legal expenses insurance with your car, buildings or contents insurance or with a credit card. If you do not have any insurance, we can set this up for you.
To find out more, please ring one of our solicitors (0800 037 1625) to discuss your matter and arrange a free initial meeting.
You can access any of our personal injury lawyers at any of our offices spread throughout Surrey, Hampshire and Greater London including Kingston upon Thames, Bordon, Cheam, Canary Wharf, Leatherhead, Raynes Park, Surbiton, Tolworth or Walton on Thames.
