In order that we may decide on what lawyer should be allocated to the claim, that we will be happy to act and how much the fixed fee should be, it would be helpful to have the following papers:

Court papers (whether already issued or those you wish to be issued) including any Statement of Costs that you may have served/filed;

documentation copied for Anti Money Laundering purposes;

if your opponent is opposing the application/claim and has rehearsed arguments in correspondence (including e-mails), a copy of such communications; and
any material party/party correspondence.
