Private client teams
Claire Jackson
Claire is head of the Trusts and Estates team at Howell-Jones and has many years experience of dealing with wills, Inheritance Tax planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and administration of estates.
She qualified as a solicitor in 1976 after obtaining her Law degree from the University of Bristol and joined Howell-Jones Partnership in 2003 having undertaken private client work in Surrey for many years.
Claire is a full member of STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners), the Probate Section of the Law Society and the Surrey branch of the Association of Women Solicitors, and a past Chief Executive of Surrey Law Society.
Away from work, Claire enjoys sporting activities (well, tennis), bridge and going on holiday. She also "bosses" a husband, 3 demanding daughters and sadly, only one chicken.
