Danielle O'Malley
Danielle studied Economics and Politics at the University of Manchester and worked in sales and marketing before deciding to pursue a career in the law.
After gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Law at Kingston University Danielle went on to the College of Law in Guildford. She joined Howell-Jones in 2005 as an assistant in the family team in Walton and commenced her training contract with the firm in 2006.
Danielle qualified as an assistant solicitor in October 2008 in the Business and Commercial team based in our Kingston office. She deals with a wide variety of company and commercial work including business sales and acquisitions, partnership agreements/dissolutions, shareholder agreements, business formation and e-commerce contracts.
Away from work Danielle enjoys spending time with her daughter, dancing and theatre.
