Management team
David Semmens
Having obtained his History Degree from London University and endured life as an articled clerk to Keith Howell-Jones no less, David qualified in 1979. He formed his own firm in Kingston in 1982 and through a series of mergers found himself as the head of the private client department of a well known South East firm of solicitors.
After a stint as a partner with a large City and International firm of lawyers, David was delighted to be able to return to Howell-Jones in 2007, this time as a partner.
He continues to deal with both property work for high net worth individuals as well as tax planning, will drafting and the like. His clients include a large range of individuals including sportsmen, entertainers and professionals.
Amongst other things, David enjoys all things musical, gardening and supporting Plymouth Argyle.
