Elizabeth Leah
Elizabeth gained her Law degree at the University of Kent and after spending a number of years undertaking family and personal injury work at firms in Hampshire and Surrey, she qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. Elizabeth joined Howell-Jones as a Partner in October 1999 and now runs the Family team where she is responsible for all aspects of private family Law. This includes disputes between married couples, couples who have cohabited and same sex couples, high net worth cases, abduction and removal from the jurisdiction cases, pre-nuptial and pre-partnership agreements.
Elizabeth is a member of Resolution.
In her spare time, Elizabeth has a wide spectrum of interests from sailing to opera and amatuer dramatics, all of which she undertakes with energy & enthusiasm.
