Management team
John Britten
John is a 2nd career man. He read music first and played (the fiddle); and was a school master, for a short time, before he saw the light.
Training in the City he has been a commercial dispute resolution solicitor for over 20 years, acting mainly for companies large and small in a variety of company, commercial and marine matters. He still retains contacts in the marine business and receives recommended instructions.
After further post qualification time in the City he was a partner with a large regional firm, for some years. He founded his own virtual firm, the Dispute Resolution Practice, in September 2000, and ran this until joining forces with Howell-Jones LLP on 1st May 2007.
John is also a qualified Mediator.
