Nick is a young and talented solicitor specialising in commercial work.

Despite being one of our younger lawyers, Nick in fact carries great experience.  Before joining Howell Jones he shined in his academic qualifications and moreover worked for two Legal 500 firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.  This gave him excellent grounding.

Nick is successful in his own right with his abundant knowledge of business law and particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of transactional documents.  He has an ability to draft and negotiate these so as to preserve our clients' rights, extinguish risk  and overall favour the positions of our clients.

As well as having his own client base and case load, Nick works closesly with Team Leader, Simon Carter and Senior and Managing Partner, Keith Howell-Jones on the larger corporate transactions; or those which require 'all hands to the pump' and a large time input over a short timeframe to achieve the outcome our commercial clients desire.

Nick is a valued member of the Team, is well respected by both his colleagues and clients alike for his commercial attributes and practical approach to business matters.

As well as being a great commercial lawyer, Nick provides support in other aspects of the business.  For example, Nick has written many articles, which have been well received by both clients and our fellow professionals.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing as a midfielder in a 5-a-side football team, travelling, eating out, spending time with his family and friends, and undertaking charity work. For his sins he is also a keen supporter of Brentford FC, but the least said about that, the better!
