Nick Ball 0208 439 7486
Nick is a solicitor in our Business Services Team. He works on a wide variety of private company work including acquisitions and disposals, shareholders’ agreements, terms and conditions of business, as well as general company law advice relating to procedural issues. He also assists Simon Carter and Keith Howell-Jones on larger corporate transactions.
His clients include small owner-managed businesses and new business start-ups across a wide range of industry sectors including, commercial and professional services, food and beverage, manufacturing, media, retail and software and technology services.
As well as corporate work, Nick has experience of leasehold commercial property matters and he regularly acts for both landlords and tenants in this area.
Nick trained with the firm and was admitted as a solicitor in March 2010.
