Management team
Sam Rowe
Sam is responsible for commercial property work, having joined Howell-Jones in January 2006. Originally from New Zealand where he qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2001, Sam qualified as a Solicitor here in June 2005
Sam worked in East London before joining us, where he was involved in acquisitions by Newham Council to assist the London Development Authority for the London 2012 Olympic Game bid. He is also experienced with residential property work.
Outside work, Sam is a keen skier, having competed at national level for five years and he also plays golf, tennis and rugby.
