Samantha Jago
Samantha Jago joined Howell Jones in April 2008 from an established Surrey firm to set up the Family Team at the Guildford office.
Samantha was born in Guildford and attended the County School and then the College of Law after reading history at Cardiff University. She was admitted as a solicitor in April 2005.
She has a wide range of experience in all family matters to include, although not limited to, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorce (to include disputes over jurisdiction), cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, children matters, injunctions and resolving financial matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship.
As well as being a member of Young Surrey Resolution Samantha also regularly advises at the CAB in Guildford and Leatherhead and acts as Vice Junior Chair of Surrey Law Society. She is governor for Wey House School and a member of Resolution. She is also a volunteer advisor for the National Centre of Domestic Violence.
Her interests outside the law include drama, writing, music and walking, but her main focus for the moment is the new Family Team at Ranger House.
