Simon Carter
Having spent a number of years working as a dispensing optician, Simon gained his Law degree from Middlesex University, completed his studies at the College of Law in London and then joined Howell-Jones as a trainee solicitor in 1998. After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000, Simon joined the Company Commercial team, and was made a partner in January 2002.
Simon is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of company & commercial law transactions including terms and conditions of business, shareholder agreements and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Simon enjoys hill walking, climbing, scuba diving and motorcycling and is a DIY ‘enthusiast’.
