Simon is head of our Business and Commercial team at Howell-Jones LLP. Simon advises on private company work, acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and shareholders’ agreements. He also advises many small owner-managed businesses and new business start ups.
His clients include accountancy practices, opticians, publicans, restaurateurs, employment agencies and entrepreneurs. Simon has extensive experience advising clients in many industry sectors and often receives instructions from other professional firms.
Simon was admitted as a solicitor in 2000 and became a partner in 2002.
