It seems a long time since the London College of Law where Simon completed his studies.  We have been fortunate enough, for many years to have the great benefit of his knowledge and experience.  He accepted partnership in January 2002 and is now Team Leader for Commercial.

You are in a safe pair of hands with Simon.  He specialises in corporate transactions including company formations, acquisitions, disposals and mergers, partnership and shareholders agreements as well as terms of business and general commercial contracts.  Simon acts for a wide range of businesses from publicans and restaurateurs to large high yield corporations.

Clients admire Simon's negotiation skills and his mind for business. That's why clients use him time and again and are happy to refer their contacts to him.   If you want lateral thinking, look no further!  Because he works exclusively on commercial transactions, he often comes up with solutions and structures that clients had not even given a second thought.  He will roll up his sleeves to get the bones of the transactions sorted out and is then equally at home with the academic side of legal drafting and ensuring that the i's are dotted and t's crossed, with all risks being covered.

In his spare time Simon enjoys anything to do with mountains, scuba diving, skiing and motorcycles and is a DIY ‘enthusiast’, although the least said about that the better!
