Simon Forshaw
Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 1979, having gained his Law degree at Kingston and trained with a small Surrey firm. Simon spent the next 26 years working at two firms in Surrey before joining Howell-Jones in October 2005, where he heads the property team in Leatherhead.
Simon has a wealth of conveyancing experience and deals with all aspects of residential property, from sales, purchases and mortgages to leasehold enfranchisements. Simon is the driving force behind the Leatherhead Property Forum, which has been established to provide an opportunity for local solicitors, estate agents and surveyors to get together to discuss the proposed Home Information Packs and the effect they will have.
Away from work, Simon is a keen golfer and gardener, and an office holder in his local church.
