Commercial litigation - International Arbitration Survey on costs demonstrates that UK is a popular forum for arbtrations

27th September 2011 saw the presentation of the results of a Costs of International Arbitration Survey. It showed the UK in a very good light. The UK came out as the most common arbitral seat, with its costs being more reasonable than the rest of Europe.
