Compensation for woman injured on package holiday

Our client booked a package holiday to a popular holiday destination through a leading holiday tour operator. Upon her arrival at the hotel, she tripped over a ledge on the floor, causing her suffer a serious arm injury. Her holiday was ruined as a result of her injury. We advised that the tour operator was responsible for her accident as the ledge posed an obvious risk and the area was unlit.
The tour operator initially denied liability so we obtained further evidence and commenced Court proceedings.
