Hidden assets in Divorce?

A recent case has made headlines in the national media due to the wife’s claims over a £400 million “missing fortune”. The wife has alleged that high profile celebrities have been involved in helping her husband hide his fortune.

When dealing with assets upon the breakdown of a marriage, it is extremely important that both parties give full and accurate disclosure of all their financial circumstances. If they do not do so, this can lead to claims of hiding assets and non-disclosure, which could lead to potential litigation in the future.
