Man injured after suffering carbon monoxide poisoning in rented accommodation
19 April 2011
One of our clients contacted us after he discovered that the cooker in his rented accommodation had been emitting carbon monoxide for six months which caused him to suffer severe migraine headaches.
We advised our client that his landlords were responsible for his injury as they had failed to maintain the cooker, boiler and the gas pipes at the property. The landlord accepted liability and we are negotiating settlement of our client's claim for compensation.
Our Personal Injury team have many years of experience dealing with carbon monoxide poisoning claims. If you would like to make a claim, contact our Personal Injury team today for a telephone conversation or a free, preliminary meeting.
