Tom Pellereau is “hired” by Lord Sugar

Tom Pellereau has won this year’s Apprentice after beating Helen Milligan in the final. Tom will now start a business with Lord Sugar.

Tom’s business plan was to challenge the problem of back pain in the workplace by providing offices with special chairs which could help prevent back pain. He also planned to advise employers about health and safety and how to prevent injuries in the workplace.
