Experience & Expertise

Ayesha is a senior solicitor in the Wills and Probate Team.  She has over 10 years’ experience dealing with wills, probate and administration of estates, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection matters. She chose this area of law as she is passionate about helping people.

Ayesha has a degree in Business and Law from Southampton Institute now known as Solent University, and completed the Legal Practice Course with the College of Law in Guildford in 2000. 

Ayesha is a full member of STEP (Society for Trust and Estates Practitioners) and also has a TEP Advance Certificate in Will Preparation. 

Outside of work, Ayesha enjoys an adventure and trying out new experiences some of which include parasailing; a hot air balloon ride; sky diving and a day racing at Silverstone.
