Experience & expertise

Claire qualified as a solicitor in 1976.  She has many years of experience dealing with wills, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, probate and administration of estates.

Claire is a full member of STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners), the probate section of the Law Society and the Surrey branch of the Association of Women Solicitors.  She is also a past chief executive of Surrey Law Society.

Outside of work

Claire enjoys spending time with her family and many cultural activities with her daughters (including shopping!). She swims regularly and plays tennis (but not as often as she would like!) and bridge.
