We are here to help you with your Will during this difficult time. A lot of you have been getting in touch with us expressing concern that we might not be able to prepare wills for you whilst we are all practicing social distancing. We are aware that many of our clients will fall in to one or more of the at-risk categories, and are therefore self-isolating. Please be assured that we can continue to work for you and prepare wills for you. In the first instance, please contact your local office by email or telephone. We can then arrange a video conference with you so that we can confirm your identity and hold a meeting just as if you were in the office with us. We are asking clients to send their identity documents to us by email. We can send a draft will to you by e-mail and send the final version to you to sign with detailed and clear instructions as to how to sign it. Although we are not holding face to face meetings, we do have a skeleton staff at each office so if it is hard for you to find witnesses then you are welcome to come in to sign your wills at our offices.
Do get in touch if you would like to talk to us about preparing your will.
