Claire qualified with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and is a qualified solicitor and full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She works with us as a senior solicitor having had a wide and varied career before joining us. She began her career as a solicitor in High Street practice, focusing on wills and probate and residential property. After a career break having children she returned to private practice before working as a sole practitioner. Claire was the chief executive of the Surrey Law Society for two years until 2002.

Claire’s specialism is in wills and probate, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.

When not at work, Claire can be found cooking up a storm or baking for her hungry grandchildren. She enjoys swimming, tennis and bridge and loves trips to the theatre and the thrill of an addictive TV box set.
