Vishalee holds an LLB Law Degree from Kingston University, she qualified as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law at the New York Bar and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Before joining Howell Jones, Vishalee worked with Alexander Lawyers LLP as a senior solicitor in the Litigation Team.
Vishalee specialises in debt recovery, litigation, insolvency, consumer credit and property litigation (possession, service charge and ground rent arrears, forfeiture).
Vishalee has had notable success across a number of cases. Her most prominent: Christopher Doyle vs. PRA Group (UK) Limited  EWCA Civ12 – successfully represented PRA Group in an appeal to the Court of Appeal in front of the Master of the Rolls and 2 Lord Justices and obtained a landmark Judgment as to when time starts running for limitation purposes (at the point of default or following service of the Default Notice) in cases involving Consumer Credit Act issues.
Vishalee has also represented clients successfully in numerous insolvency cases (winding up petitions and bankruptcy petitions) securing recovery of substantial sums and costs.
When out of work, Vishalee enjoys catching up with a TV Box Set or getting stuck into a crime fiction novel.
