Clinical and Medical Negligence

If you or a relative have undergone medical or dental treatment or surgery that has fallen below the appropriate standards and you have been left with additional injuries or suffered as a result of the treatment, you may be entitled to compensation.

Clinical and medical negligence is a particularly specialised area of law and the results of negligence can often be very traumatic for the victim. Negligence during Optical Procedures – Misdiagnosis, negligent optical treatment or injury suffered during optical treatment.

Medicine Claims – Injury or illness suffered as a result of incorrectly prescribed or distributed medication.
