Clinical and Medical Negligence
Clinical and medical negligence is a particularly specialised area of law, and can often be very traumatic for the victim. Our team have many years experience in dealing with these types of claim, are able to offer expert advice, and to deal with cases in a highly professional but sensitive manner.
If you, or a relative, have undergone dental or medical treatment, or surgery, that has fallen below the appropriate standards, and you have been left with additional injuries or suffering as a result of the treatment, then you may be able to make a claim.
We will not advise you to proceed with a claim unless we believe it will be successful and you should not be concerned for financial reasons, as we can usually arrange funding on a ‘no win no fee’ basis.
