During my first week at Howell Jones I received one on one training with the HR Manager on the Firm’s IT systems, procedures, structure and values. When I joined my current team, I was able to confidently start working on client matters straight away. Everyone at Howell Jones has made me feel very welcome. My team is extremely knowledgeable, positive and supportive. I feel I am in an excellent position to continue my training.

Charlotte Dowding, paralegal to trainee solicitor

I felt very lucky that whilst I was training at Howell Jones I could ask any number of staff, from secretaries to the managing partner, if I ever felt unsure or needed support. There are no ‘closed doors’ here and that provides a well-balanced and encouraging working environment.
