International Work
We have experience in advising and acting for expatriates and foreign nationals involved in UK family proceedings, including cross border disputes and international child law.
Clients that have a real connection with other countries of the EU or the rest of the world may well have options for separation, divorce or marriage annulment jurisdiction which could result in substantially different outcomes. Some countries have different rules when it comes to issues such as spousal maintenance and the treatment of inherited assets in divorce or premarital agreements.
