No win, No fee explained

  • What does “No win, No fee” mean?

“No win, No fee” or a conditional fee agreement means that if you are successful with your claim, we claim our basic legal costs from the other party. If you are unsuccessful with your claim, we do not receive any payment.

If you are unsuccessful with your claim and court proceedings have been issued, you may have to pay the other party’s costs but we can arrange legal expenses insurance for you to cover the other party’s costs.

You may already have legal expenses insurance with your car, buildings or contents insurance or with a credit card. If you do not have any insurance, we can set this up for you.
