Gurkiran is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Property Team.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2014, after completing her training contract at a leading firm in London.

Gurkiran holds a BA (Hons) in English Studies from the University of Nottingham and studied the GDL and LPC at the College of Law, Guildford, qualifying with an LLB.

She has worked in real estate and commercial property throughout her career as a solicitor, at City firms and more recently at regional practices in Guildford, Surrey.

Gurkiran specialises in a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, licences, works agreements and general Landlord and Tenant matters.

She has advised business occupiers, charities, health clubs, institutional property owners, investors, retailers, restaurateurs and start-ups, amongst other business clients.

Gurkiran enjoys assisting clients with management of their property portfolios, acting on an eclectic variety of Commercial Property matters and working to achieve balanced, efficient, practical solutions.
