The team seeks to deliver expert and compassionate legal guidance for a wide range of clients. We have a reputation for experience and approachability covering wills, trusts and estate administration (including contentious cases), powers of attorney, deputyships, Court of Protection and elderly client services. We have additional accreditations specific to private client practice, including STEP and Lifetime Lawyers.
We are especially proud of our Vulnerable Adult and Elderly Client (VAEC) sub-team, which allows us to enhance our service and go beyond delivering legal services by giving clients the care they need and providing emotional and practical support. This reassures these clients, helps improve their quality of life and gives their families peace of mind.
The team also runs an array of community and education outreach events, including:
- Free estate planning talks for vulnerable communities at the Institute of Tamil Culture and the Elders Empowerment Programme.
- Free will vouchers donated to local schools for fundraising.
- Wills and Family Law Q&A clinics at local community centres.
The team actively supports future talent, as well as training future solicitors in their Wills & Probate seats.
