Senior Promotions at Howell Jones

We are delighted to announce three promotions within our firm.

Emma Sayers qualified in 2016.  Emma is a Chartered Legal Executive and has a wide range of experience regarding wills, probate, tax and Court of Protection matters.  Emma is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and achieved the “Highly Commended in the Surrey Law Society Private Client Lawyer of the Year” award for 2021. Emma worked with the Probate Registry to help them pilot their online application scheme. Emma is promoted to Senior Chartered Legal Executive from 1^st May 2022.

Jon Creswick also qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.  Since then, Jon has gained a wide range of experience in wills, probate, tax and Court of Protection matters.  Jon is working towards qualification as a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.  Jon only joined our firm two years ago, but has already built a loyal base of happy clients and has taken on a mentoring role for a newly qualified Solicitor. Jon is promoted to Senior Solicitor from 1^st May 2022.

Family law specialist Liz Whittle is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with many years of standing.  Liz is a member of Resolution promoting a non-confrontational approach to family problems and encouraging solutions that consider the needs of the whole family.  Liz specialises in all aspects of family law including financial settlements on divorce, complex children issues, cohabitation disputes and pre and post-nuptial agreements.  Liz is promoted to Senior Chartered Legal Executive from 1^st May 2022.
