Howell Jones is seeking to recruit a proactive, motivated, ambitious and excellent residential property lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience to join our award winning residential property team. - Sound knowledge and experience to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
- Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
- Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
- Providing support to colleagues as required.
- Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
- Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
- Maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.
- Great IT skills including use of case management systems and software.
- People friendly, a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.
