Hasnain Arshad.

Hasnain is part of our award-winning Private Client team, which is recommended in The Legal 500. He is also a member of our award-winning Elderly Client and Vulnerable Adult team.

Hasnain graduated from the University of Brighton with a First-Class Honours degree in Law. While working full-time at Howell Jones, he went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and a master’s degree in law, reflecting his commitment to developing his career in the legal profession.

Hasnain advises clients on a range of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and estate administration. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and provides clear, tailored advice, including where clients have blended families, complex family arrangements or different types of financial assets.

His Court of Protection work involves supporting clients and families with matters concerning vulnerable individuals and those who may need help managing their affairs.

Hasnain is fluent in Urdu, enabling him to support clients and their families where this is helpful. This allows him to communicate advice clearly and provide a more personal and accessible service.

Hasnain takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care and building trusted relationships. This is reflected in the excellent feedback he has received, with clients highlighting his professionalism, approachability and quality of service.

Alongside his legal work, Hasnain is actively involved in firm-wide activities. He contributes to marketing initiatives and regularly attends external events on behalf of Howell Jones, helping us stay connected with our local communities.

Outside of work, Hasnain enjoys travelling, keeping active at the gym and spending time with family and friends.
