Charlotte is an Associate Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team.

Charlotte specialises in property litigation, advising a broad range of clients, including private individuals, landlords, tenants, companies, property developers and institutional clients. She acts on a variety of residential and commercial property disputes, helping clients resolve issues efficiently while protecting their interests.

She has particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, including breaches of lease, rent arrears, disrepair claims, service charge disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, forfeiture proceedings and business tenancy renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Charlotte also advises on boundary disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession claims and TOLATA matters involving beneficial ownership disputes and applications for sale.

Charlotte is known for her approachable and responsive manner, and her ability to provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. She has a passion for property litigation and focuses on finding effective solutions to complex disputes.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Surrey in 2012 and the University of Law in 2014. She is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys keeping active, travelling, attending the theatre and live orchestra concerts, and walking her dog.
