Oliver Milton.

Oliver is a Solicitor in our Employment team. He advises both employees and employers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He takes a practical and commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate workplace issues with confidence and providing advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

He has extensive experience advising on Settlement Agreements for both employees and employers, as well as supporting clients with redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, employment contracts, restrictive covenants and Employment Tribunal claims. Oliver is committed to delivering clear, straightforward advice and effective solutions to employment law challenges.

Oliver graduated from the University of Kent with a First Class Honours degree in Law (LLB) before completing his LPC and an MSc in Business Management with Distinction.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys taking part in running events and keeping active. A keen thrill-seeker, he has also completed a skydive, wing walk and bungee jump.
