Fazia Naeem.

Fazia holds an LLB from the University of Surrey and completed the LPC LLM at the University of Law.

She is a Solicitor in our Litigation team and has experience in a broad range of disputes, including contract and commercial matters, eviction proceedings, TOLATA claims, debt recovery and professional negligence. She also has experience supporting clients who lack mental capacity, ensuring their interests are protected with sensitivity and care. She is committed to delivering a high standard of client care and works closely with clients to help them achieve the best possible outcome.

Her fluency in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi enhances her ability to communicate with clients across a range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds, strengthening communication and trust throughout the legal process.

Outside of work, Fazia enjoys travelling, exploring new experiences, and loves spending time with family and friends.
