She has a Law Degree from the University of Westminster, where she also completed her Legal Practice Course in 2017. Stephanie qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2025.
Before joining Howell Jones, Stephanie worked for several well-known Surrey firms where she practised both Residential and Commercial property. She now focuses on Residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Help to Buy/ Right to Buy, Shared Ownership and staircasing.
Stephanie supports the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Team with statutory and non-statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement work. She also draws on her previous experience to work closely with the Commercial Property Team on mixed use properties or commercial mortgages.
Stephanie takes a proactive, solution-focused approach, often pre-empting issues and offering resolutions before they detrimentally affect a transaction. She is well-known for taking the time to understand her clients’ needs and providing a valuable hands-on service. Her strong relationships with local agents and brokers help her transactions proceed as seamlessly as possible.
Outside of work, Stephanie can be found whipping up cakes, bakes and other delicious creations in the kitchen. She has a keen interest in photography and loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys taking part in charitable events for causes close to her heart, such as the 2019 London Marathon.
