Many thanks for your work on our property. You are by miles the best lawyer I have worked with over nearly 30 years and I will of course highly recommend you.
Just a brief note to say thank you very much for your help with processing the recent house sale. I’m sorry it has been rather tortuous but I’m sure you have many cases similar. The family is very relieved to have this moved on as there was certainly an emotional element to it. Please accept our thanks.
Thank you so so much to you & your team for getting us over the finish line and completing yesterday. Your attention to detail has been second to none throughout the conveyance process, thank you. Mum is so happy to start the next chapter in her life in her new home.
A big thanks from us, you’ve been incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient.
Many thanks for your excellent work on my behalf. You were so thorough, persistent and transparent. You dealt with me in a professional way and showed patience and understanding during my many enquiries. I shall always say, I had the best possible solicitor.
I would just like to say how grateful I am to you for the work you have undertaken on my behalf and for the estate of my late aunt.
I know that at times this has been incredibly challenging, the aborted sales and the intensity of the questioning from the other side’s solicitor. Added to this was the lack of required permissions for work completed during the lives of my aunt and uncle…I don’t know how with all these difficulties throughout the process, you have managed to remain so calm and professional.
I am just thankful that finally the sale went through. I am sure this is a direct result of your professionalism, communication skills, logical approach, and your desire to do the best for your clients, for which I am so grateful.
