Nathan is a solicitor in the commercial property team at Howell Jones, where he advises a broad range of clients on complex property matters with precision and care.

Nathan’s practice encompasses landlord and tenant work, including the negotiation and drafting of leases, licence agreements, and ancillary documentation for both commercial landlords and occupiers. He also acts on a wide range of disposals and acquisitions, guiding clients through every stage of a transaction – from initial due diligence through to completion – with a focus on achieving efficient and commercially sound outcomes.

Alongside his transactional work, Nathan advises on general commercial property matters, supporting businesses, investors and private clients in navigating the legal complexities of the property market.

Despite being early in his legal career, Nathan has already been recognised for his outstanding contribution to both clients and colleagues, having been named Junior Lawyer of the Year 2025. This accolade is a testament to his talent, professionalism and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

Away from the office, Nathan is a keen rugby supporter, following England and Harlequins through the highs and lows of the game. He also gives back to his community through volunteering at and supporting his local foodbank.
